They are not allowed to use the Multi-Modal Facility, so the coach meets you at the terminal itself. The group leader gets the meeting point and the chauffeur's details before the flight lands.

When a group lands on more than one flight, we plan around the last arrival or split it between a coach and a Sprinter, so early arrivals are not left waiting for hours. Send the bag count with the manifest: the motor coach has overhead luggage racks and reclining seats, and a team with heavy equipment may need a Transit Van for the gear.
