Booking

You can book online or by phone at (331) 356-3856. A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation.

Prices and quotes

Most vehicles show a price as you book; the BMW 7 Series, Mini Coach, Limo Trolley and Motor Coach are quoted, as are special requests. The price or quote you accept is what the ride costs. Changes you ask for during the ride, such as extra time or stops, can change it.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a ride, contact us as early as you can. The cancellation terms shown when you book apply to your ride.

Airport pickups

Airport pickups are flight-tracked and include 1 hour of free waiting.

Passengers

Passengers must follow the law and the chauffeur's safety instructions, and are responsible for damage they cause to the vehicle.

Delays

We plan around traffic and track flights, but we are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as weather, road closures or accidents.

Liability and law

Our liability is limited to the extent Illinois law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
